1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using OmniPie, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using OmniPie on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Description of Service

OmniPie is an AI-powered HR knowledge base that helps small teams create, organise, and share company policies and HR documents. Features include document editing, AI-powered Q&A, policy acknowledgments, and team collaboration tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use OmniPie for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for all content created in your workspace.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create in OmniPie. By using the service, you grant OmniPie a limited licence to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OmniPie to upload illegal content, harass others, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, or otherwise violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly. All prices are in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Free Trial

New workspaces include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid plan to continue using all features.

8. Limitation of Liability

OmniPie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of OmniPie after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
