Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google. We also collect content you create within OmniPie, including pages, comments, and workspace settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve OmniPie, send you transactional emails (such as workspace invitations), respond to your requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel who need it to operate and improve our service.
4. AI Features
OmniPie uses AI to answer questions about your company's documents. Your workspace content may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini) to generate responses. These providers process your content solely to deliver the service and do not use it to train their models.
5. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@theomnipie.com. Workspace owners can also delete their workspace and all associated data from the settings page.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of OmniPie after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
8. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at hello@theomnipie.com.
